Profesional Web/Graphic Designer Needed for Wordpress

I'm looking for a reliable Freelancer to add to my current communications team (we currently work with three other web designers/graphic designers). Our contractors are: fluent in English, available between 9 am - 5pm GMT -5 and are extremely proficient in Wordpress, transferring websites without CPanel access (only FTP), hosting with GoDaddy, photoshop and web design in general. The chosen freelancer will have at least 10 completed projects, will have a very positive feedback rating of 4.8 and over and will have a very solid portfolio of previous Wordpress websites. The chosen freelancer will take directions well and will work with initiative, not requiring a lot of management from my company. The winner will also be able to take examples of websites and recreate them on his/her own, and will then be able to tweak based on client requirements. All of the websites we build have 5-10 static pages, several free plugins that we will explain and look incredibly customized, even if they're only slightly customized. We will pay anywhere from $60 to $80 per static site, and have several smaller jobs as well that pay good hourly salaries. We offer ongoing work as is obvious in our employer history.
