PHP WebSite with Admin section

Hi Freelancer community I need a very simple (structure) website in PHP using MySQL as database, to be ready in 3 days. The website will have a front end, which will display a list of offers per city with a combo on the top to change the city (which will automatically change the offers listed in the page). For each offer listed, will display the info located in the database for that offer, including a picture, a google map for the location and a link to the seller website. In the header of the main page, it should have a bar, with the images of the offers in the current city scrolling. It should have an Admin section, where the sellers will insert new offers, and also query for the active offers and see the number of clicks already done in the active offers. The winner of the bidding will receive a full functional specification to accomplish the 3 days date. Regards, Rafael
