PHP mysql travel package website

We are in need of someone or a group of people that can develop a travel package website that will have aprox. 1500 links to other sites on it. More parameters will be given eventually, but we want the website to be a database drive website that is easily re arrangeable at a later date. I was suggesting php with a my sql database, but I am open to all proposals. Please submit your proposals including references and past work of similar scope. Also please submit your time to completion estimates. The site must be finished no later than 60 days from the publishing of this ad. Site link structure will be in a tree format starting with types of businesses as categories on front pages stemming down to location and specific business. Please feel free to ask questions about the build. If this you believe the project cannot be don within the stated budget or for cheaper than the stated budget, please bid the min or max, and stipulate your pricing and reasons for pricing.
