I Need Help Creating an MLM wordpress Plugin

Hello, I need help creating an MLM plugin for my wordpress website. I will need this done ASAP! This MLM plugin should only have one level compensation, left and right leg only, only direct referral no indirect referrals. Unlimited direct referral. There should be a function for the payouts, payment gateways like Paypal or Credit Card (preferred both and more payment gatways) I prefer to have a functions like paid membership and a displayed counter on how many members already joined the site.
