myspace community project

I would like to set up a community very similar to myspace that is related to a subject (details are confidential for now, but lets say for example for a specific group of people, like university students only). This community will cater to these group of sign ups by providing to them an outlet to their community. Revenue model is through sign up fees. Features will include almost everything myspace includes and a few extra features upon discussion with the chosen candidate. Website design is important to be appealing and chosen candidate will stay on as system admin. It is important to create a sophisticated backend for my use (as I am technically challenged) and the front end should match the back ends sophstication. If you think you can replicate myspace, then you are good for this job.
