Make Basic Fixes To "Coming Soon" Website Template

Hey everyone, Need someone skilled in HTML, HTML 5, CSS, (Possibly) PHP, Etc to make some basic changes to my Coming Soon website template. I'm somewhat familiar with web, but no longer have the time to make the changes! TASKS: -Disable / take out progress loading bar at bottom. -Add Social Media Icons: Instagram, Youtube, Soundcloud (URLs are already linked - Just need icons changed out) -Takeout the " Or [ " thing - Left side, by the subscribe box. -Add a "First Name" and "City & State" field to the newsletter subscribe form. (City and state field can just be a text box) -Make "subscribe" send the form info as text to our email account. Make the subject say " [Name] Signed Up For Your Newsletter" -Add some sort of CodeCanyon "Content Locker" script. Pick one out and send me the link, I will buy it and put the files on the FTP. OR if you can make / write it yourself / find one thats cheaper, that would be good too. Most of the ones on [login to view URL] are "Tweet For A Download" or "Like Our Facebook To Get Locked Content" most look like they are social media related. Once user subscribes to the newsletter, it verifies user added a real email, it would have some sort of success message - It may already have one coded in. Not sure. (Ex "Thank you for singing up. You're download should start in a second!") Then it should automatically start to download the songs to the users computer. Will add songs / mp3's to the FTP as a zip file. -Add some space and add Copyright text under social icons in the center. (Also use an auto updating copyright year code so we don't have to change it in a few months) -Clean up any un-wanted / un-needed code. That's it. Please do it quickly and accurately.
