Landing Page Design in HTML , CSS, PHP

We are looking for creating Landing Page for our existing website. As part of this we would like to do the following - Creating 2 Landing Page Design in HTML and CSS - Minimal Use of External Image files. Offcourse Photos from our site should be used - The page should be very much lightweight Our current websige for which we are creating the design is a HTML Table based Structure where we have a HEADER, LEFT NAVIGATION, CONTENT AREA and FOOTER. This design will replace the CONTENT AREA. ONCE The design is completed, we would also need to integrate the PHP Code from Existing Page to this New Page. The code is very structured and Quite Simple and sufficient Help will be provided if needed. Important is to Have adequate Thought in designing the Page Structure so that when People Lands in this Page, it converts to Registration. The Website is for Indian Singers who would register into the site. As the website is already existing we have lot of singers/artists profile with their Photo, Biography, Performance Audio, Performance Videos, Album Photo/detail, Recommendations from Facebook. Please think through and decide which all information we should have in the Landing Page so that on one hand side it provides an attractive realistic page and on the other hand side encourages people to register into the site.
