HTML Email Newsletter Service

What we are interested in is creating the same but slightly simplified kind of SERVICE that the following websites provide. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We do not need the surveys features, but we do need email templates. The majority of our clients will ONLY be doing newsletters on a more personal (person to person) level, not email marketing on a corporate level. A customer entering the site should be able to: 1. Purchase credits for the number of emails they want to send 2. Pay for this service via credit card (currently we use Paypal) 3. Then, after paying, enter their account and design an email 4. Upload or enter their mailing list 5. Send the email to their entire list which we save in a data base 6. Later can log into our site and monitor how that email performs: how many emails bounced, how many people opened their email, were there any links clicked. 7. The customer can then order more email credits and create new emails to send using the same address list. The email credits will need to carry over to future emails. We would also like to have someone who can help provide some basic html email templates, though this is not absolutely necessary as part of the project. Please indicate if you are able to make that part of your bid. Because we desire currently to incorporate this in as a sub-domain of an existing website, delivery should be in made with all database and backend programming intact, but with a basic HTML/php website front so that we can customize the HTML “feel” of the site. Depending on the bid and the bidder, we may further contract the bidder to create a separate, stand-alone website with the same functionality plus additional corporate email marketing features. If the bidder is not also a web designer, we can make this work a separate job for someone else. Please feel free to ask any questions you need to ask. Attached is a basic mock up of the flow we are looking for. It includes pages that would be needed from the point that a customer creates an account through sending an email and tracking it. It does NOT include informational pages (which would be essential - FAQs, etc.) and it assumes certain pages that are not included in the mock up (credit card information gathering, displaying the customers database of contacts, etc.).
