Looking for web designer/programmer to assemble a first-rate website that adds value to our organization through excellent design, implementation, standards, and creativity, which provides a resource for both internal and external "customers" Our business is a downtown high rise condominium project. The site must provide both an external facing site for people curious about the building, and an internal site for residents and management. Successful responder will be able to: (1) develop joomla template - may customize existing web templates (2) setup Joomla with the following functionalities: (a) calendar that interacts with google apps calendars, (b) file archives for downloadable files, (c) contact forms, (d) maybe community builder, (e) other components that may be added at a future date, (f) security features to prevent hacking, and (g) basic seo considerations (3) demonstrate design experience and samples (4) work with team to develop content, layout, preferred design ideas, etc. (5) provide future support for content development, feature development, or site stability. Hosting and domain registration are not a part of this proposal as the site is already owned and maintained by us. Non-customized bids will not be considered.
