Easy WordPress Website Changes

I had another freelancer working on this project but they didn't finish up, I need a few simple changes made ASAP, they need to be done by tomorrow night. Here is what they are. This is the website that I need work done for. [login to view URL] 1. Make this site look correct in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 2. Make the menu buttons shorter, almost half the size. About as tall as the red box here: [login to view URL] 3. Make the menu buttons black with fine white borders. 4. Make the menu button text white 5. Shrink the black space above the pictures on the home page down. [login to view URL] 6. Make this text [login to view URL] white with a glowing behind it like this: [login to view URL] Keep the font and such the same though, I don't care if you have to make it an image or text. 7. I don't like the video screen that is in there currently, its looks junky. This is what I want it to look like. [login to view URL] I have attached the transparent image of the camera. I want it to overlap the video just a little bit like it does here: [login to view URL] I have also attached the video code in a text file that I want you to use for that. The dimensions of the video are 459X263, You can modify it if you need in order to make it fit. You may need to push the image below the video down in order to make it fit. =================================== I'm not planning on paying more than $25 for this, it is very simple work and they guy who was working on it before should have just done it with the rest of the project. Please let me know what you can do very quickly, I will be hiring someone very soon.
