Easy 3page PHP / MYSQL photo gallery

I need to relist this since the programmer I chose before doesn't know how to apply GD2 to generate thumbnails. I need a 3page php/mysql photo gallery script. I don't want a premade script. I have the mockup html pages already done. see the images. page 1. index page. show the pictures in thumbnail. thumbnail size set in the admin panel. also when user hover mouse over the picture, it will display the description in popup window. thumbnails are generated with GD2. when clicked, the image will popup in a new window to show the actual image in full size. page 2. upload page. page for uploading pictures. see image example. page 3. admin panel. sets header text size, and table row colors. VERY easy project. You must know how to use GD2 to make thumbnails. I will pay no more than $30. Will also need a footer and header. payment AFTER project completes and works 100% with no bugs.
