Drupal Website

Bidders should have Drupal and designing experience. I need a Drupal expert to create my Website using the latest Drupal version. I prefer someone with an eye on good design. I provide tax service to customers. The Website will allow customers to register for an account, and validate their registration via email. Registered users should be able to upload their files and collaborate with me. This is 1 to 1 collaboration just like Private Message board. It's between my company and the customer only, no other customer should see. Requirements: 1. Install Drupal template, some customization might be needed. I will provide the template from [login to view URL] . If you have an existing template, show it to me that might work well too. 2. Use Drupal’s JQuery module in order to rotate a couple of photos. Stock photos will be provided to you. 3. Enable Clean URL in order to optimize the Website to search engines. 4. Enable Support Ticketing System, this is native to Drupal. Installing a Drupal OTRS (Online Ticket Response System) or any other Drupal ticketing module might be a better alternative than Support Ticketing System. You need to let me know which will work best for me. 5. Install SSL certificate. Production website should work in SSL environment. 6. Any other Drupal modules you think might enhance my Website functionalities. Thanks.
