Create a Stylish Menu and remove current menu

Hello everyone! I have a table based website and need to create a stylish CSS3/jquery(not table based) menu(left side) with a search box(right side) for my website. that fits the current style of website. I want this menu to be fixed at the top of the page while scrolling, so that it'll be visible to user always. + remove current menu that is on left side of website. Low Budget :-) Thank you!
