Build a website

Communication skills is very important to me. I am looking for someone who is very committed and responsible when he/she takes up the job. Able to focus solely on my project and be contactable at all times to discuss abt the project till it is completed as i need it completed in 3-4 weeks. Create a website that is similar to freelancer.com where i can link people up but in a different target market and service. A designer who can do both front and back end stuff. Front end: - Have a good sense of page layout, - Create a good color scheme, - Able to create tasteful graphics that will enhance the web site as i do not want copy and paste of layouts and just changing the colours. - Simple and functional - User friendly - Original and creative Back end - a control panel for admin - very good at positioning the website on main search engines such as google, msn and yahoo etc. - able to program a good automated system for replying queries - able to program a good automated system for payment. - able to link to facebook account Only bid if you can do the above so that time will not be wasted for both parties.
