Build an Domain Rental Online Store

We are interested in web development services for a domain name, sales, rental, parking, hosting and appraisal system, using in part similar aspects and functions of examples: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], Sedo, Godaddy and [login to view URL] business. This project will use off the shelf solutions i.e. WHMCS, Wordpress, WooCommerce when ever possible. The website will allow a visitor to enter keywords or a domain name in a search field. If they enter keywords it will search the system for rental domains matching those keywords, then search for new domains matching those keywords in the top tlds, any new domains searched that are found as already registered are queued for evaluation and recording the stats and value of those domains. The system will return a list of the results of this data in the priority order just mentioned. 1) Rental domain results found in the system in the order of exact match then partial matches, 2) New available Domain results in top tlds. 3) Already registered Domain results to inquire about renting. The second option is when they enter a domain name the system will need to parse the keyword from the domain like google does as seen in this example [login to view URL], Google Showing results for "a combined sentence" so from [login to view URL] the system would return the keyword result as "a combined sentence" then the system will start back from step one. If the domain is found in our domain rental system inventory it will allow them to add the domain to the shopping cart and the rental system adds it to their account or helps create an account if non exsist. Each domain will be a one off product in whmcs such as [login to view URL] or can be a package deal including for rental all the other new available tlds they select such as [login to view URL] (primary), they might add (New Added) [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc or we can pre bundle 5 rental domains to one package for example. Each domain rental product will include hosting with preinstalled Wordpress, themes and plugins etc. It is critical that our company use the very same tools available to our customers. We prefer using the most popular standard plugins and use the least amount of custom code as possible. Any custom code should be created in a modular fashion, as an addon, plugin, app etc bridging application function and data. Any modular code should never interrupt the natural function of the host application it interfaces with such as upgrading the version of the host application or the function of any other addon used. Any developed plugin code if applicable will be make open source within our customer network. 1) To start, after reading and understanding the very general description above, we would like each bidding developer to bid on the development of an industry standard web design doc detailing the full scope and process of this project. Each developer will be interviewing me, asking specific questions to gather all the needed details to produce the final design doc for this project. Based on the provided examples in the above description, we request you calculate and generate your bid for the design doc development. As mentioned already the design doc will place priority on the implementation of off the shelf industry standard solutions such as Wordpress, WHMCS, WooCommerce etc to reach project goals when ever possible and do so in a modular manner. This design doc should be easy to follow for any other developer and include the process to hire additional developers that will be managed by the winning developer. 2) Secondly, we would like each developer to bid on each proposed phase, modular function and on the project as a whole.
