Sound to Binary

I need someone to create for me in Visual basic the following. It should take audio via the Line In/Microphone socket, which will be in two forms. A beep of 450hz (Which equates to the 1) and 430hz (Which equates to the 0) and translate this to binary. I've already created a program which puts the binary into audio (It can be downloaded here: [login to view URL]). It has to translate this audio back into binary.? ## Deliverables Basically, The first program takes the binary file and translates it into audio. The program I am asking you to build does the oppersite, Taking the audio and placing it back into binary. The program I have created has two sound files, one equiqating for the 1 character and one equating to the 0 character. So the software you program needs to be able to take this audio on the fly and translate it back to binary. So the wav files may go in this order: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This needs to be translated back into binary, the example would equiate to: 10100. (Type in the left box in binary and press 'Convert me to audio!' and a series of beeps should come out of your speakers)
