Data Transfer

Ok, I don't have time for this so I'm outsourcing this project. We have made a software for a saloon and everything is finished. The software was made in VB6 and SQL as backend. Now, the saloon is at a remote location, we need a utility which will transfer data to and fro from saloon to head office using a dial-up modem, the utility should have a scheduler. both the databases will be SQL. I will give a list of tables from which data is to be transferred. The head office server will dial up a particular number (parameter field) and they will hand-shake and the server will send some data to the client and will take some data from the client. Seems to be an easy project. If you really can do this in 1-2 days times, post your bid. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
