Conversion of VB6 code to VB.net

I have a test application ('MXUSB-TALK' version 1.2) for operating a note acceptor which connects to my computer by USB. MXUSB-TALK 1.2 is written in VB6, however in order to be compatible with other devices I'm working with, I require it to be converted into VB.net. I expect that this will be a relatively? easy task for someone with a knowledge of both VB6 and VB.net!
