Remote Computer Control

I am looking for a program similar to Symantec PCAnywhere 10.5... It only needs network/internet capability...not direct connect, usb, serial etc... let me know if it is possible. [login to view URL] There are other programs like this...e.g. VNC i am not sure where to get this from.... however it is free but does not have all the features pcanywhere has. How long would it take you to develop this? I would own all rights, you cannot link to or from the program.
