Fully functional online/real-time banking internet site solution is required. For instance, common features of internet banking sites such as Standard Bank of South Africa, LlyodsTsb, Barclays or HSBC will be appropriate. Sound knowledge on similar project is very critical. Simulation of all features and events will be necessary, implementation of sound security features to prevent mass-attack is very critical in this project, and facility to communicate with in-house server using COM/COM+ to send/receive data to/from existing application are important. Proper documentation and feedback on every stage of the project is very important. Coders must have excellent communication skills and must have handled project of similar nature, be able to demonstrate understanding in this type of project, be able to show creativity in design, & must be willing to give reference(s) on similar project(s) or demo sites for [login to view URL] details on required facilities will be made available to successful bidder(s). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
