Web Server, MySQL & PHP Performance Config & Optimisation

Hi, I have a dedicated web server that is in desperate need of some configuration and performance optimisation. I need someone that has a lot of experience with dedicated Linux servers that use WHM & CPanel running Apache. The dedicated servers main task is running a wordpress site with a large MySQL database. Wordpress isnt known for its performance so the MySQL database will need some improving. The wordpress php theme is poorly written and needs a php professional to clean it up. The website uses the W3 Total Cache plugin so experience with this plugin is an advantage. Very easy job for an experienced person.
