We need a Linux SysAdmin to setup new web server

We just leased brand new Linux root server in Germany. Server has Debian with full LAMP installed. We are looking for SysAdmin to setup the following: 1. FTP server 2. DNS Robot 3. Web Server 4. PHPmyAdmin 5. Email Server 6. Domain transfer 7. To relocate our website (PHP/MySQL based) from the old hosting to this new one. The job needs to be done within 24 hours. If you are not sure that you can comply with such time frame please do not bid. What could be a PLUS for this job: Knowledge of German (some documentation is in German) Knowledge of PHP/MySQL/HTTP/XML We actually are looking for the person to work as a WebMaster/WebAdmin, so this job could be a first step to the long term relations.
