I want someone to develop a script that using csv file to display content on website to using SQLite. Normally, my website will using [login to view URL] file that is a text database to display content. However, text database was using high cpu resource. So, I think converting text database to using SQLite is better solutions to reduce cpu resource usage. Please contact me

Hello bonzaiya. (PLEASE IGNORE THE BID AMOUNT). I would like to clarify few things. I understand that you want to migrate from a text based database (it becomes a real pain as it grows). But I think you didn't considered that your entire script(website) has to be modified :) All the functions that communicates with the databased are actually written for the CVS format. So all the functions that uses file read must be migrated to SQL Queries. This includes changing up to 90 % of the source code. Think that the file read must be migrated to queries. The results are given in different format. You need to change EVERYTHING to get the same results from the database server as you are actually getting them from the cvs file.
