Here is requirement. I need to create python script which start Chrome Browser (using selenium or something else), make sure all necessary extensions are loaded. Go to URL at that time data will be loaded on extension frame. Script need to copy data from webpage and extension and compare. Extension doesn't have .crx or .dll file. If you think you can do it with other programming langauge I am open too. Let me know if you have done similar work.

What extension are we talking about?. I have done similar work trough Selenium and also just using the webbrowser module, where I open some urls and then scrape with mechanize, or use a mouse click dll to do some macros. Just curious as to what extension is it that you want to use and what is it that you are comparing, is it live scores? is it header information? (site has changed since last time?) what exactly.
