Speech Recognition Project

This would be part ONE of 33. We're looking for a motivated freelancer to develop a Speech Recognition module to aid in our Speech Therapy for children. .wav file clips will be provided for the targeted words, once pronounced correctly, the program would recognize that, and move on to the next word. It should be based on repetitive learning and trying over and over (replacing a therapist that listens and keep asking the child to try again, and again). Once we identify the right Freelancer for the project, we will assign the remainder 32 parts based on the success we encounter with the first part. The first part will include approximately 200 words (not phrases) and it's based on 100% successful pronunciation each.
