PSD to HTML

I want the attached PSD into HTML using valid CSS. You have done similar for me in the past. The main points with this are that: If the middle goes long down the page, then the left and right (red, nav part) needs to extend with it. So if the page is very long, the red goes right to the bottom. Everything in between the top and bottom tyre marks (in the middle) should be in a container, that way I can easily add the content for various pages. Hope that makes sense. The red to the left and the right should extend to ensure the width of the page is filled 100%, with the site in the centre If you are able to do the work let me know. I need it as soon as possible, but no particular deadline.
