Php Regex Scraper / Spider Coder in Phillipines

I'm looking to start consolidating staff to the philippines. We need a bright guy or gal who is a php expert, crafty and sharp at handling unusual programming requirements for on-going full time work. This gig is just a paid test; if you meet the criteria please reply and I'll provide a specific exact task to bid on. The first project I have in mind compares PPC search results to SEO results, so you'll need to be crafty at regular expressions. This code needs to: 1. Run a certain search (say, "plastic surgeon") on google as though we are in a certain city (say, "Manila"). 2. Store all the domains showing in PPC for all pages. 3. Blacklist (remove) some industry-vertical domains i.e. websites that are not run by actual doctors, but by internet companies. 4. Check (spider) the meta keywords of all the domains that are spending money on PPC and save those to a temp DB entry. 5. Run a search for those meta keywords, and remove any companies that show up in the *organic* results on page 1, 2, or 3 of google in either quotes or no quotes. 6. This should leave us with a list of businesses that are currently spending money on PPC, but not showing up in SEO - so our sales team can pursue them to sell SEO services. Interested?
