fix a problem that provides the activation of a wordpress plugin

Hello, I have a problem with the wordpress plugin "WordPress Vtiger Form Pro". The plugin inserts the values of a wordpress form to the crm software vtiger. After I changed the contract of my web hosting, I cannot activate the plugin anymore. I get this error: "Das Plugin kann nicht aktiviert werden, da es einen fatalen Fehler erzeugt. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation." Probably the [login to view URL] must be changed. Besides I got an error "Permission denied in Unknown on line 0". The second problem is that I cannot change my menu without missing parts of the menu. As soon as I change for example the range of the main menu and save the menu, half of the menu is missing. Maybe there must be defined in a [login to view URL] that the menu contains more than hundred entries....
