Create WordPress theme from template monster template

We purchased template monster complete website template 33256 with source files. Need a WordPress theme created from the template that looks approximately like the temmplate so far as is reasonable. Job also includes installing the theme on our server. Theme to be created properly as recommend by WordPress and all content to be editable from WordPress. Some Graphics will need editing for the busness name. I will award the project as soon as I see a suitable bid and am looking for a 1 or 2 day completion. Thanks for looking and good luck.
