Basic PHP order management system

I have an e-commerce company and I need a solution to better handle ad track orders. I'm looking to start the project out very simply but if everything is going well it will become a lot more complex. > Initially I need an sql database with all orders listed in the format attached. I must be able to upload a .csv file > I want to be able to search by an order number and then be given the option to manually edit the tracking number. > I must be able to pull a CSV version of the database. > I want a basic GUI. I am looking for someone I can work with by the hour to build this out way beyond the specs listed here. At some stage I want to integrate directly with my Magento site. I want complete access to the code so it must be written in a user friendly way with comments. I will host it on my side. Thanks, Karl
