Unusual Joomla! Website with Template Creation Needed

Our company builds effective, easy maintenance websites, mostly for nonprofit organizations. We need an experienced Joomla! developer to design a website template and install it using Joomla! as the content management system. Functions needed: 1. Design the site template (we provide the color palette, fonts and graphics, you use your creativity to put the pieces together) 2. Use the latest stable version of Joomla 3. Contact information should be an image to prevent spam 4. All forms need to have the human verification image added to prevent spam. 5. A 404 error page should be configured so any wrong address inputs takes them to the home page. 6. Install an open source shopping cart solution (osCommerce preferred) and configure it to accept donations as well as allow purchases. 7. Install a media player that can stream MP3 audio and FLASH movies Additional information is in the attached statement of work.
