Shopping cart + custom php coding

I'm looking for someone whow can communicate well via AIM/MSN/Skype etc. Someone who respects deadlines! --- I already have a small ecommerce website and you will need to: 1. custom code a shopping cart (or find + customize an already existing shopping cart script). Once the user clicks on "proceed" or "checkout", he will go to a page where he will have to chose which region / country he lives in. Depending on which region he choses, he can input his address etc and gets the payment methods available for his region. (For example I will not accept PayPal for some regions and other regions can use COD etc. Once that's done, the user can SEND his order and I will be able to check the order in an admin panel (backend) + get an email notification. I will NOT need any fancy stuff in the "admin panel" as I will copy & past all the data into my CRM system! So, the "admin panel" only needs to be very basic. IMPORTANT: (Please have a look at -> dyna mi sm DOT com <- . Especially at their shopping cart and order mechanism. That's about what I will need. (Note: This is not my site!) Also Important: If you want to suggest a full shop like osCommerce etc than you will need to know how to customize it A LOT! There is NO problem if you use a little php script for the shoppning car and then modify it. but I think osCommerce is a little overkill for what I need it for. Payment: I will only need one single online payment method: PayPal. I guess you will need to make use of the PayPal API. We can talk about this and will see how this goes. 2. Make a very very simple design for the site. (with CSS). It really is very basic (the design) and shouldn't take more than 1 or max 2h. 3. Help me to track visitors and goals / conversions with Google Analytics. 4. Add a simple PHP "contact us" form. / users need to be able to as a question from each product page. (And I need to know which product they asked the question from. I will give you VERY detailed instruction for what exactly I want so it will be pretty easy to work with me. ( I will also draw a nice diagram + draw the baisc site design (very very basic). NOTE: If we work well together I will hire you for many more projections in the future! It doesn't matter if you are a single coder or if you work in a team. Just let me know. I need this done asap. Please include a TIMEFRAME in your bid. (very important). If you don't have the knowledget to do this within max 2 weeks then please don't bid. If there is any question left, just ask me. :)
