Download File Order Manager

Hello. I have a small photo ordering website. All process of creating an account, loading photos, calculating price and pick up destination is working fine. The current order manager is a bit confusing, and not user friendly. There are 5 location (labs) + Postal delivery which users can choose where to pick up the Photos. [login to view URL] after loading and choosing a pickup location they would see 6 options choosing one . Your task to Give an order number with the initials of the shop. [login to view URL] would be shifted automatically to 6 folders on server in which admin would login and see all orders with clients details through HTTP Not FTP,each order is created as a seperate file under each shop folder. [login to view URL] would be able to download all files as a batch and automate file downloading(you can provide open source software which does this task). You may use any open source download manger, as long it would be easy for admin to make sence of the orders. Sorry,I don't do escrow, till work is completed FULLY.
