150504 Site Layout, Banner & Logo

I need a coder and designer to do this project, I own two PTC site and right now I am using the same layout on both, and would like to change the look and feel of the other site, need a real simple and neat layout and must include logo and banner to match the new site style. PM me so I can give you the URL's of my sites and of the site that I have in mind to use as a sample to work from for the new layout.
