Senior C#/C++ for upgrade(repost)(repost)(repost)

Have a C## app that can be programmed to post to sites. It needs the following changes - see attached file. Spec 1 and spec 3 must be completed first so i can start programming more sites. Full specs will be given to coders who qualify so for now then just write in a comment why you are the right coder for this project and how much experience you have with editing others code. IMPORTANT: You MUST : A) have a good ADSL internet connection B) Have a headset that works so you can talk online C) Speak clear english D) Have Skype or yahoo IM (or be wiling to install it) E) show thru teamviewer that your solution works. F) document each section of the code so well so a 6 year old child understands what each section of the code does/is supposed to do G) Make daily report in Vworker about what has been done today (even if nothing) - and what remains to be done. ------Please write how long experience you have editing others code and why you are the right person for this project.
