482388 Joomla component

I need a Joomla component completed ( it is 50% complete at this stage). I'll pay $175 for this work. I need it done in 15 days or less. This component allows users to enter times and distances and the program re calibrates the training program prescribed. I have a fully functional excel spreadsheets that does all the calculations correctly it just needs an expert to write the code into joomla and match the frontend with the back end.
