GPRS integration

We have a WAP site for online ordering of takeaway food. Currently the orders are created as a txt file and sent via SMS. We wish to replace SMS with GPRS (Packet Data) which will be sent to a wireless GPRS enable printer in a required format The GPRS functionality will also have to be setup on the server. In the CMS panel we already have a field for every individual SIM card installed in each printer. I have attached the GPRS printer APIs and a copy of how the order reciept printed out by the printer needs to look and the information it contains. We also already have another WAP site that has the API installed as well as the script to produce the order reciept which the succesful bidder will have access to. You must have experiance which you can demonstrate in GPRS technology.
