Fix PDF alignment and replicate solution in several domains

I already have a script that generates a PDF with information extracted from a MySQL database. Need to modify the script to improve the alignment of some numbers with money format that are supposed to have right alignment. Also there is a space for a long string that appears in several rows but it is not justified and some words are being cut. Since this script is installed in several domains, I need the best way to to share the modification within several domains, I do not think uploading the modified file in several domains is the best way of doing this ... or maybe that is the only way (I hope not)... Please write PM to let you know the PDF sample.
