Clean reliable website

Have with freelancer very good experiences and sadly one very very bad and expensive experience. The bad experience is that somebody built a website for me and it was hacked afterwards by the builders ip address. Freelancer couldn't even punish the builder. (thank you "DC") And the builder is still operating. So that means I am very careful now. READ BEFORE BIDDING: You have low (completion ratings?) Don't react. Newbies? Sorry Don't react Middle men, Don't react. I expect to deal directly with the builder. I am not going to wait longer then 6 hours for an answer or an update. If you take every job on freelancer and you can't handle your workload then that is your problem. Be serious Need a "clean" website where i can adapt the content easily myself through ftp or cpanel.(no joomla) Details in the txt file Looking forward to your reliable and trustful offers.
