Add Captcha to Form, Drupal 6.x

I have an existing Drupal website that needs captcha installed on both a "quick contact form" on the homepage and a contact form in the site. I will also need a back up module installed and some general assist with some module updating that are outdated (gives warning message). This should be easy for any skilled Drupal person. I also would like to work on other sites that I have installed Drupal. I am willing to work long term if you have experience.
