What I need is people to add a content page of their site and then they put a set of links on their site, and everytime someone clicks the links on their site they go through to someone elses content page earning them one credit which can then be used to get traffic through to their site. if I didn't explain that to well I want a site that works exactly like this: [[login to view URL]][1] where i can change the ratio freely. within the program the following things need to be done: members sign up (needs passwords and email confirmation) members can submit between 5 and 200 individual content pages members can have many different ways of putting links on their pages (banner ads, link lists etc.) members can buy additional credits to get more traffic admin panel where the admin can approve all new submitted pages member stats - where the member can see where all his credits have gone to ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
