Create mac installation from windows installer

I require a mac installation/application for a small java video analysis application which is currently in a JAR file for which I have an installer package which installs the supporting apps which are... mysql with account setting up, [login to view URL] codec for miniDV firewire video support and java media framework.? Put simply I know very little about macs and i just want a folder with title "mac" which contains what I need to install or copy to applications folder this java file but the user should be guided each step of the way with the supporting apps required to be installed if required (I think there are mac versions of the above apps I have mentioned). I'm not too concerned about how this is done- I just want to be an elegant solution which is the most user friendly as possibly, as this is an application to be distributed widely. I suspect this will be a very quick project for whoever has the required knowledge but I am prepared to pay for this...
