Code Design Into WordPress Theme

For someone who knows how to code designs into WordPress Themes, this should be pretty straight-forward. I have a design being built that is much like this particular design. I need an expert who can code me a working WordPress theme out of the PSD files that we will get from the designer. Can you code it into a Thesis WordPress theme? Or is there a reason not to use Thesis...or is there a reason not to use WordPress. Can WordPress be coded into a theme like this? What about internal pages? Can they look different (with different column styles? The bid should also include coding an inner page and assume all inner pages (pages that are not the home page) will have the same layout, which will probably be either 2 or 3 columns. ## Deliverables See the project description FIRST.
