C# class creation

Require a very good C# developer to create a Visual Studio class project which will act as the business layer for a website project.? You don't need to create any code, just provide a working VS project and a UML class diagram showing how the classes relate to each other. You will need strong object orientated skills.? Some classes will require to be inherited from parents etc. I have a SQL Server 2005 data model (diagram) along with making a start on a UML class model.? I also have screen shots of the application I am trying to model. This is not a time consuming or difficult project.? I just want to get an excellent class structure in place upon which to build my application. I am a good VB developer but my C# is not strong enough to create this properly. To give an idea of the scale, I have 24 SQL Server tables which contain the underlying information.? Most of these tables will match up to a class.
