Add a Wholesale page

I need a purchase page added to my website. The page link will need to be Located at the bottom of all pages along with our Contact Us and Policies etc. The Page will have some text explaining the wholesale program (I need to be able to change this text from the admin Section. This page will also have a Fill-In information box where the potential customer must submitt their personal Info or if they have already submitted their info then this page will also be where they enter their Password and enter the wholesale products purchase page. The wholesale product page will be just like my other product pages but the customer will pay different shipping charges which I need integrated and there needs to be No sales Tax charged, as for now Michiagn residents must by law pay sales tax but wholesalers can not be charged so I need that bypassed. Please ask any questions. ## Deliverables I left out that I need an auto-Reponse thank you with the Password sent to all wholeslaers that provide their pesonal info from the wholsale Sign-up page.
