i have a website template

Daer all i have this website waqfonline i need to do a new design of it similar to another website i got .. i do have all the requirements its educational website index page which will contain the following: a- photo of some one holding a certificate from us and ad about getting certificates after course completion. b- completed courses. (priority) c- ongoing new courses. d- donation advertisement for us. e- ad about our follow up course system. f- free learning ad. g- easy log in h- courses categories (priority) j- i want to link our total videos viewers number to show how many people are happy about us 1- courses page. (contains all categories and courses). 2- teachers page (contains photos of each instructor and hes cv page with contact info). 3- donation page ( contains instructions about donation). 4- people searching for jobs page ( here simply people can put there cv's and they can also put work they can do and contact info,, 5- download our videos page or buy CD. 6- write for us (comment page). instructions: 1- page should be viewable from mobile.. 2- easy log in access. 3- easy course listing and categories of courses. i need to have your work also most of my work will require arabic translations source code should be delivered as wordpress template and as psd p.s logo attached
