Specialty Financial Calculator

This is the third time I am posting this project. I need someone fluent in PHP that can correctly develop amortization functions and classes as well as other financial functions and classes. I need an exact clone of two SPECIALTY mortgage calculators done in PHP. The sample is in ASP, I need it done in PHP. I need both on page done. No wanna be's. I need it done yesterday.
