php 4 to php 5 login/ apache/ contact form issues

I'm looking for a quick coding fix (within 24 hours) as I'm having issues with some **login/ apache file security/ contact form issues in php 5**. The site was fully functional in php4. Please see attached zip file with files for testing. The testing site is [login to view URL] . The ssl certificate is not fully functional at this moment, will work by tomorrow. Basically, different users (based on hha db field), are redirected to different folders under which there are files for which only those users have access. To test using the following usernames ahctest, azhhtest, bdhhtest, cchhtest, ehhctest, ghstest (same password for all users - test123). 1. I need the users to be able to login without any issues and have access to their folders and files (and not other folders - see htaccess in the folder named secure). 2. I need the page layout (after logging in) to work correctly. Basically this pulls up a list of files, folders and subfolders (If you have a better way of doing this, that'll be great too) 3. I also need the contact form to work correctly. 4. Once the ssl certificate is installed in the next few hours, https should work for the site too. Let me know if you have any questions.
