81165 Exp. Domains w Link Popularity

I need a script that will search Yahoo, Google and DMOZ that will bring back ONLY expired domains (24 hours old to 7 days) with the highest Link Popularity rankings and search engine rankings for each of the expired domains. It should run a cron job that will email me back the reports on a daily basis. The script must be fast and be alble to prevent Google from blocking my IP. (Script could use multiple proxy servers for queries to google in anonymous mode). Included proxy autoupdating/checking. Script should also have a simple but completely functional interface.
