Create a password protected web based FTP site. This would be used to upload/download larger files (up to 100 megs). The FTP site needs to be user friendly and cross browser compatiable. The FTP site would be housed on an exsisting website. We would like the capability of creating directories to organize files.

The work is easy but you should make a special knowledge setting in some files to work properly with such big files (up to 100mb), otherwise many bugs may appear. Also with different browsers means that we should do it several times, because there're different requirements. With smaller files, there's no problem at all for 1 days work.
